Founder at Infovant, Ramesh, brings 30 years' experience spanning Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury (FX trading), Risk Management and Business Consulting in IT. Possesses deep insights of the strategic, operational, process, financing needs of corporate clients and lenders /investors assessment of these from a risk perspective.
Has served leading Indian and Global banks, Investment banks, IT products and services companies in Sales, Operational and Consulting roles. At banks, Ramesh managed complex relationships including: two of the top five exporters (Trade Finance), three of the largest industrial groups in metals (commercial lending) and top pharma companies (payments and cash management). Previous roles include leading the Solutions team for a Syndicated Lending product and as Senior Principal, Banking at a leading IT firm's Consulting practice where he worked on transformational programs for global banks
Ramesh holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a degree in Economics from Delhi University.
Pankaj
Has over 25 years of experience across Wholesale Banking, Financial markets and Technology. He has worked across corporate banking, ALM, transfer pricing, structuring balance sheet products, money market, bond and foreign exchange trading.
Pankaj is a certified Risk Professional and has consulted with banks across Basel processes and pricing of financial products.
Pankaj holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and a BE degree in Electronics engineering from NIT Allahabad
Mohit
Has 25 years of experience in risk management, wholesale banking and consulting. Heads a venture incubation firm where he evaluates credit appraisal of debt funded, incubated businesses. Previously, spent thirteen years in various capacities in Risk Management particularly credit risk with leading banks including Indian arms of 2 global banks. Also worked at a leading Indian IT services company's Consulting practice as an International Banking Consultant. A certified Risk Professional, Mohit specialises in Credit Risk and loan and credit administration covering credit analysis of corporate borrowers, financial and operating performance, facility structure, business projections and key risk mitigation. Has guided banks on risk strategy, governance and policy, enterprise risk management, bank-wide risk appetite, stress testing and Basel-related processes.
Mohit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a BE degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering from BITS, Pilani and a Financial Risk Manager certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals
